Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time will typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Please note that shipping carriers do not typically pick up or deliver packages on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $8.95 on all orders. Customers who spend $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Orders placed on Fridays with the Next Day Air shipping option may not be delivered until the next business day, depending on the carrier's delivery schedule and weekend availability.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday after 12:00 PM Central Time with the Next Day Air shipping option may not ship until the following business day.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. Once tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or issue refunds for shipping costs if a carrier fails to meet its estimated or guaranteed delivery timeframe.
